Elijah is 10

A decade since we met our first grandson and he is growing. His personality remains very agreeable and pleasant and his flare for putting together models is also growing. Barb sent him a Star Wars X wing fighter made of Legos and he spent two full days putting it together flawlessly! You can tell we are really proud of him...

The Boy turns Two!

Last year Theo had not been exposed to sweets so he was surprised by all the sugar. This year he was asking for it. O how sweet it is... With farm tractors being high on his list, and mom and dad letting him skip his nap he had a day full of excitement and festivities. He really is a people person and he is proving it by running mawmaw and pawpaw ragged! Bless his precious little heart!

Back to Turkey

Once again I enjoyed Southern Hospitality in Antalya Turkey with large breakfasts, and Turkish cooking for lunch and then fellowship around an evening meal. The mountains are still there and just as attractive as ever!

Happy New Year and Happy Birthday!

January is the birthday month and Alathea is leading the procession. She had an Octonaut party on her birthday with seaweed snacks, fish biscuits, and a chocolate Tunip cake. We all had an education playing "name that Gup" and I did get a certificate saying "Well Done" for my efforts.
